What's the process to book a customized tour?

6. 50% deposit payment and invoice.
(If major changes made, additional charges may apply)
7. Pay the 50% balance before departure OR upon arriving Taiwan in NTD cash.

Yes, every group has their own driver guide and car.

Why don't you offer a package tour of traveling the whole Taiwan?
Taiwan is small but there are so many places to visit. We do not suggest our guests to travel the whole island less than 8 Days. It won't be a good quality trip. Since most of people don't have more than 8 days vacation, we prefer customizing a private tour for you if you would like to travel the whole island. Should you need more information please do not hesitate to contact us!

Why does "No Shopping" Tour mean?
"No Shopping" definitely NOT means you are not allowed to shop during the trip. Certainly our guest can shop during all the trip. We even can take customers to their designated shops.
"No Shopping" means we will NOT take our guests to typical souvenir shops and push them to purchase goods. It's a common way in tourism industry that travel agencies cooperate with souvenir shops and get commission by customers' purchase. This is also the reason why the tour fare of other typical tours are much lower than our private tours. We hope all customers travel with ease. No hard selling, push purchasing and just enjoy the trip without pressure. We believe that this is the way a tour is supposed to be!

Does the driver guide speak Chinese or English?
We have English&Mandarin bilingual driver guides. Tour fare is higher with a bilingual driver guide than a Mandarin driver guide.
